Ryan's Late Heroics Lead to Pro Bowl Win

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was selected by Team Irvin captain Michael Irvin in the 2015 Pro Bowl draft for his late-game heroics and the legedary wide receiver stuck to his plan for Ryan in Sunday night's annual all-star game.

And Ryan didn't let him down.

With Team Irvin facing a fourth-and-goal situation from the 1-yard line, down by three points with less than four minutes left, Ryan was heard telling Team Irvin head coach Jason Garrett "Let's go win this thing."

The following may shock you, but Ryan hit New Orleans tight end Jimmy Graham with a 1-yard touchdown pass to put Team Irvin on top over the team captained by Cris Carter, and the score proved to be the game-winner as Team Irvin topped Team Carter 32-28.

Ryan sat for the first half while fellow quarterback Matthew Stafford of the Lions and Tony Romo of the Cowboys took the snaps for Team Irvin, but Ryan took command as soon as he set foot on the field in the second half.

Ryan orchestrated an 11-play, 80-yard drive in his first action that ended with him throwing a 1-yard touchdown pass to Denver WR Emmanuel Sanders.

Ryan finished the game 11-for-16 for 104 yards and two touchdowns.

On the side captained by Cris Carter, wide receiver Devin Hester saw plenty of playing time in the first half, but did not record any receptions. The returnman fielded one punt in the game, in the fourth quarter, but was called for an illegal forward pass when he tried some trickery.
