The Atlanta Falcons have promoted linebacker Josh Keyes and tight end D.J. Tialavea to the active roster. The team has waived safety Robenson Therezie and defensive lineman Malliciah Goodman in order to make the moves.
Keyes was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following the 2015 NFL Draft out of Boston College. He spent time as a member of the Bucs practice squad and spent a few weeks on their active roster. Keyes was signed to the Falcons practice squad in week seven.
Tialavea has been a member of the Falcons practice squad since the beginning of the season. Last year he was a member of Atlanta's practice squad and eventually promoted to the active roster for the last game of the season.
Goodman was signed by the Falcons in week 13 and played in two games.
Therezie has spent the last two years with the Falcons, playing in 25 total games with two starts. He recorded 26 total tackles during his time here.
