Madison McDoulett was named Coordinator of Coaching Operations in July of 2023 after spending three seasons as a Business Operations Coordinator.

Prior to joining the Falcons, McDoulett was a corporate partnerships intern with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019 where she assisted the activation team in their needs to execute sponsor events, programs, in-game promotions and hospitality.

McDoulett received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Georgia in 2019 and then earned her master's degree in sports management from Florida in 2023. She worked with the Bulldogs football program in recruiting while an undergraduate at UGA.
