HBCU Fellows Program Presented by Wells Fargo

The Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo are dedicated to leveling the playing field for HBCU students interested in kicking off careers in Sports & Entertainment. Through our unique partnerships with Wells Fargo, students will also network and learn more about how brands collaborate in the areas of sponsorship and brand engagement.

Together, with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), we're excited to move the future of this industry forward. Participating HBCUs include Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morris Brown College and Spelman College.

Before our Home Opener against the Steelers, the fellows had an electrifying experience marching from The Home Depot Backyard to the Dirty Birds Nest! These leaders soaked in the lively pregame atmosphere, surrounded by fans and the energy of game day.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the 2024 Atlanta Falcons HBCU Fellows to the Flowery Branch Training Facility for an unforgettable experience! Both the 2024 class and 2023 alumni participated in an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at our football operations, featuring in-depth tours and engaging conversations with General Manager Terry Fontenot and President Greg Beadles
