WHY HE FITS
Oluokun is an exceptional athlete at the linebacker position, and he certainly has the speed the Falcons look for. In his career at Yale, Oluokun recorded 271 tackles, 18 pass defenses, 13.5 tackles for a loss, four interceptions and three sacks. Oluokun offers a lot of potential on special teams, and he does have intriguing upside as a coverage linebacker who can fly around the field.
SCOUTING REPORT
At his pro day, Oluokun ran a blistering 4.48-second 40-yard dash, posted a 4.12 short shuttle and had a 37-inch vertical leap. The 6-foot-2, 229-pound linebacker continues the trend of smaller, faster players at the position. Oluokun has the athletic traits needed to play in the NFL, and he should benefit from working with the Falcons' coaching staff.

- Comment: "More speed and athleticism on defense in Atlanta. Springy athlete with high motor. Crowded LB room though."
