With Atlanta's 6-10 record and third-place finish in the NFC South, the final pieces of the Falcons' 2015 opponent puzzle are now in place.
In addition to their six games against NFC South division opponents - three home and away against Carolina, New Orleans and Tampa Bay - the Falcons play 10 games outside the division.
Six of those 10 games involve NFC foes, as Atlanta hosts Philadelphia, Washington and Minnesota at the Georgia Dome and travels for road contests at Dallas, the New York Giants and San Francisco.
The home game against the Vikings and road tilt against the 49ers were determined by those teams' third-place finishes in their respective divisions - matching the Falcons' third-place finish in the NFC South.
Atlanta faces all four AFC South teams in 2015, with home games against Houston and Indianapolis and road contests at Jacksonville and Tennessee.
Below is the 2015 non-divisional scheduling formula for the entire NFC South, which was officially released by the by the NFL earlier this year.
