Harris had been held out of Monday's practice, leaving practice squad long snapper Jeff Overbaugh to handle the responsibilities. Regarding the decision on whether or not Harris will be able to play Thursday, Falcons coach Dan Quinn said Tuesday the team would "take it right up to the game."
Outside of Harris, there were no other changes from the injury report the Falcons released Monday. Cornerback Isaiah Oliver was designated as limited for practice with an ankle injury. Guard Ben Garland did not participate in practice due to a calf injury, and cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson was also held out on Tuesday with a shoulder injury.
Starting safety Ricardo Allen and starting linebacker Deion Jones were full participants on Tuesday, as well as rookie linebacker Foye Oluokun and wide receiver Marvin Hall.
Atlanta will soon head up to Philadelphia for its primetime game against the defending Super Bowl champions, which will kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET.
