PITTSBURGH -- The Falcons (1-3) have announced their inactive players for Sunday's game against the Steelers (1-2-1), and, as was announced Wednesday, Grady Jarrett is among those who will be out. Atlanta will have starting running back Devonta Freeman back in action for the first time in Week 1.
