Falcons Waive TE Agnone

he Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have waived/injured tight end Robbie Agnone.

Agnone, 6-6, 260 pounds, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Washington Redskins following the 2009 NFL Draft. He was waived by the Redskins on September 5, 2009 and spent the 2009 season on the New England Patriots practice squad. The University of Delaware product spent most of the 2010 season on injured reserve after being signed to the Falcons practice squad on September 5, 2010.
