Instant Reaction: Falcons 35, Raiders 28

The Falcons' ground game was ignited on Sunday when Pro Bowl running back Devonta Freeman was able to find success from the get-go. Freeman and Tevin Coleman showed just why they are one the most dynamic duos in the NFL, as they rushed for a combined 139 yards.

Atlanta's tight ends contributed to the Falcons' offensive success—Austin Hooper and Jacob Tamme combined for a total of 159 of the team's 396 receiving yards.

Quarterback Matt Ryan showed incredible resiliency when he marched his team down the field after throwing an interception in the red zone, giving his team back the lead to start the fourth quarter. Ryan threw for 396 yards and three touchdowns.

Julio Jones was able to stretch the field often and his quarterback had no problem finding him. Jones finished the day with an impressive stat line of 104 yards on five receptions with one touchdown.

Despite a strong push from the Raiders' offense late in the fourth quarter, Atlanta's defense held strong with safety Kemal Ishmael leading the way, recording 13 tackles on the day.
