Sad news to report today as the Atlanta Journal-Constitution writes that former Falcon Drew Hill passed away late Friday night.
The AJC reports that Hill became ill while playing golf Thursday and was admitted to the hospital. Former Falcons running back Jamal Anderson tweeted that he had heard Hill was in bad condition Friday, saying Hill had suffered a "massive stroke."
Hill was originally drafted by the Rams and played with the Houston Oilers before finishing his career with the Falcons in 1992 and 1993. The wide receiver played in 32 games with Atlanta, scoring three touchdowns for the Falcons.
