FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – Julio Jones appeared on the Falcons' injury report for the first time on Wednesday with a calf injury, leading to the obvious questions of just how serious his injury is.

According to Jones, it's not too serious.
"I'm good," Jones said. "Just did some treatment, things like that. Done this numerous of times in the past for me. But it's just a precaution and day-to-day to see how I feel."
Jones said he felt some tightness in his calf during the game, but it didn't cause him to miss any playing time. The Falcons' All-Pro receiver caught five passes for a team-high 64 yards in Atlanta's 31-24 win over Carolina.
The Falcons have another big division matchup this weekend as the New Orleans Saints come to town, but Jones isn't worried about losing any of his explosiveness due to the injury.
Historically, Jones has been good against the Saints. In his 13 career games against New Orleans, Jones has caught 75 passes for 1,160 yards and three touchdowns.
