FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — After being limited with a hamstring injury in Wednesday's practice, Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
This comes after Pitts himself poked fun on social media about the news frenzy that unfolded in the wake of head coach Raheem Morris' Wednesday morning announcement of Pitts' limited practice status.
In other injury news, inside linebacker Nate Landman was still limited with a quad injury. According to the Falcons' Tuesday depth chart, Troy Andersen and Kaden Elliss are expected to make the start at inside linebacker with Landman listed as a backup.
Like Landman, defensive back Antonio Hamilton Sr. was limited in Thursday's practice with a groin injury. He did not show up in Wednesday's injury report.
Up in Pittsburgh, however, an injury to quarterback Russell Wilson is being monitored.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told local reporters that Wilson was experiencing "some calf tightness." The plan is for him to be checked by doctors. He was limited during Thursday's practice.
