ATLANTA -- The Falcons' first-round draft pick had a first half to remember against the Saints.

Calvin Ridley had a strong Mercedes-Benz Stadium debut against the Panthers in Week 2, but he surpassed that in just one half against the Saints. Ridley caught five passes for 129 yards and two touchdowns before halftime.
Update: In the third quarter, Ridley became the first rookie in Falcons history to catch three touchdown passes in a single game.
Ridley scored both touchdowns for the Falcons in the first half against the Saints, including a 75-yard bomb from Matt Ryan in the second quarter that gave Atlanta a 14-13 lead.
Ridley's first touchdown catch came late in the first quarter on an 18-yard pass from Ryan.
