Storylines: Falcons at Bills
The Digital Media staff for the Atlanta Falcons meets every Monday morning to discuss potential storylines for the upcoming game. Here are the items the staff is looking to cover this week.

The Buffalo Bills will be well rested this Sunday as they are coming off the bye weekend. Previously, they defeated the New York Jets on Nov. 17.

The Bills are led by a stout front seven that leads the NFL in sacks. Will the Falcons be able to avoid the pressure this Sunday?

The Falcons last played the Bills on Dec. 27, 2009. The Falcons dominated the game, winning by a final score of 31-3.

WR Marquise Goodwin is becoming an offensive weapon for the Bills. Goodwin is averaging more than 16 yards per catch. There is always the chance of an explosive play when No. 88 touches the ball.

Sunday's game will have a different feel as it will be played in Toronto. The Rogers Centre will host the Falcons for the first time ever.

The early favorite for defensive rookie of the year is LB Kiko Alonso. Alonso has 112 tackles, two sacks, four pass defended, four interceptions and one forced fumble.

The Atlanta Falcons have a superb rookie LB, as well. Paul Worrilow has 80 tackles so far this season.

The Bills bring a respectable rushing game into this Sunday's game. They rank seventh in the NFL with 134 yards per game.

RB Steven Jackson was able to get back on track with an acrobatic touchdown. What kind of game can we expect out of Jackson this Sunday against a tough defensive line?

The only rookie QB drafted in the first round was EJ Manuel. Manuel has battled through injuries this year but is expected to be the starter this Sunday.

OL Sean Locklear last saw action in an NFL game Dec. 3, 2012. Will Locklear be active this Sunday?

The Falcons defense will need to be on alert Sunday as the Bills will occasionally break out the read option.

WR Stevie Johnson is expected to return from his groin injury Sunday. What defensive back will the Falcons put on Johnson?

The Bills defense can also defend the pass. The Buffalo secondary has 16 total interceptions which is tie for the league lead.
