Donavan Ellison was named coaching operations assistant in August of 2023 after spending the 2022 season as a football analyst for Atlanta.

Prior to joining the Falcons, Ellison spent the past year as a football operations assistant for the Carolina Panthers where he assisted the coaching staff and players with logistics. He also previously interned with the Charlotte Hornets and Dallas Cowboys, among others. Ellison attended Paul Quinn College in Dallas where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2020.
