Biography
Paul Constantine was named associate director of strength and conditioning on Feb. 22, 2024.
Constantine joins the Falcons as an associate director of strength and conditioning after four years (2020-23) at the University of Alabama. He started as an assistant athletic performance coach for the Crimson Tide from 2020-22 before being promoted to director of applied science in 2023.
Constantine also served as an assistant athletic performance coach for Indiana University's football team from 2016-20. He also served as the director of athletic performance for Houston Baptist University's football team from 2013-16.
He began his career at Baylor University, serving as an assistant athletic performance coach, working with the Bears' men's tennis, acrobatics and tumbling teams, while also assisting with football and volleyball.
Constantine earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Campbell University in 2012 before earning his master's in kinesiology and exercise science from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2021. He was a four-year letterwinner at Campbell where he played wide receiver from 2008-11.
