Rob Dadona was named manager of coaching operations on Feb. 22, 2024.

Dadona joins the Falcons after spending the last five seasons (2019-23) with the New York Jets. Dadona started as a football operations assistant with the Jets before becoming an assistant to the head coach in 2021.

Prior to joining the Jets, Dadona spent a year (2019) as a physical therapy aide at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Forest City, N.C. Dadona is a 2020 Seton Hall University graduate where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and management, and his master's of business administration in finance. He also played baseball while at Seton Hall and was named 2018 Seton Hall University Male Breakthrough Athlete of the Year.
