Biography
CAREER
- Has started all 71 games he has appeared in since entering the NFL in 2019.
- Started all 16 games he appeared in at right guard and was named to his second-consecutive AP All-Pro team and Pro Bowl Games.
- Started all 17 games at right guard and was rated the top offensive player regardless of position by Pro Football Focus with a 95.0 rating and named first-team All-Pro by PFF in 2022.
- In 2022, helped the Falcons rush for the second-most yards in a single season in franchise history (2,718 yards).
- Named PFF's top-rated offensive lineman in Weeks 11, 12, 13 and 17 in the 2022 season.
- Blocked for an offense that rushed for more than 100 yards in 15 consecutive games for the third time in franchise history in 2022, and the first time since 2005.
- Started all 17 games and, per Pro Football Focus, was the only guard to not allow a sack in 2021.
- Started all 16 games at right guard in 2020.

COLLEGE
- During his four-year career at Boston College saw action in 50 games, earning All-ACC honors twice and was named an All-American by the AFCA (second team), The Athletic (second team) and the Associated Press (third team).
- In 2018, saw action in 12 games, not allowing a single sack and only three hurries, earning All-ACC first-team honors.
- Named All-ACC second-team honors after junior campaign, leading his team in career starts (36) and career games played (38). Helped lead a productive offensive line unit that ranked second in the ACC and tied for 13th nationally with just 13 sacks allowed.
PERSONAL
- Member of the Shepherd Hill High School's offensive line that allowed the Rams to run for over 3,000 yards in junior and senior campaigns.
- Named to the 2014 Massachusetts Football Coaches All-State team, a two-time ESPN Boston All-State selection, earned ESPN Boston's Lineman of the Year award as a senior.
- Parents are Chris and Dawn Lindstrom, the second oldest of six children.
- His father, Chris, was a hall of fame lineman at Boston University and spent three seasons in the NFL, and his uncle, Eric, played defensive end at The Heights (1984-88).
