5 Storylines to Watch in Week 2 of Falcons Camp

Who Will Build on Momentum?: The opening four days of camp went particularly well for some recent draft picks — including De'Vondre Campbell, Ricardo Allen, Keanu Neal, Justin Hardy and Tevin Coleman. As the intensity picks up, we'll get a chance to see who continues to shine. Position Battles Continue:As we noted before camp began, the Falcons have several heated position battles to sort out before the regular season gets underway. One competition that is still very much undecided is right guard. Incumbent Chris Chester is the favorite to win that job, but with Mike Person and Wes Schweitzer in the mix, it remains unclear who will be the starter when preseason concludes. The wide receiver depth chart is murky, as well, and on defense, starting jobs at nickel and linebacker are still up for grabs.

The Return of Julio?: Wide receiver Julio Jones has been limited in practice sessions since suffering a "tweak," as it's been called, during the first day of camp. Head coach Dan Quinn said the star wideout would be expected as a full-go member of the team for Tuesday's practice and we'll have an update on his progress following the session.

Who Will Step Up?: Those who have yet to make waves have plenty of time to separate themselves from the pack. Head coach Dan Quinn has been pleased with his team's effort so far, and if that continues through the next round of installs, more players will make headlines.

Friday Night Lights: The annual Kia Motors Friday Night Lights practice is this week and will create a more intense atmosphere than a regular practice in Flowery Branch. With thousands expected to pack the stands at Grayson High School, those in attendance will get a nice glimpse of Atlanta's new roster.
