The crew around each of the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar photo shoots this week in Bermuda was enormous. From the AtlantaFalcons.com crew to hair stylists from Jamison Shaw to makeup artists from Sephora, each cheerleader was surrounded by attention during their shoots.
But one large group will be presenting an unprecedented look at the making of the 2011-12 Swimsuit Calendar starting in August. XFINITY TV from Comcast in Atlanta had a crew documenting all the action for an upcoming reality series that will be called New South: Making the Calendar.
The eight-episode series will cover all 39 ladies involved in the shoot vying for a spot in the 2011-12 calendar. The final episode will reveal which cheerleaders make the calendar while the first seven episodes will follow every single cheerleader's journey of shooting.
The final episode will also be premiered during a launch party for the public.
Comcast in Atlanta also has two other series following the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. The first is New South: Making the Team — a five-episode series covering the audition process from earlier in the year. The series is currently airing with new episodes every Monday.
The second series allows viewers to watch each cheerleader's personal profile to get to know more about the team's 40 ladies.
To watch, select On Demand from your Comcast remote. Choose "Get Local ATL" and then "Atlanta Sports" to watch Falcons TV at your leisure.
