National Anthem
Singer, Songwriter, Producer, Mother, Mentor and Entrepreneur; Atlanta's Own, Grammy Nominated International Songstress… NIVEA! Blasting into the music industry in 2001 with the top of the chart single "Danger", Nivea's success continued with chart topping albums and songs including the 2003 Grammy Nominated "Don't Mess with My Man", and the 2004 club hit "Okay" featuring Lil John and Youngbloodz. Currently, Nivea is busy in Atlanta writing and recording her fourth studio album, "Nivea Unveiled". She also works with her sister in building their family owned brand marketing company, YARN Consulting Group, L.L.C. she holds the position of Vice President of Entertainment and Creative Services. Nivea is proud to have the opportunity to sing the National Anthem in her hometown and support the Atlanta Falcons.
Color Guard
The City of Gainesville is located in Hall County, home of the Atlanta Falcons' Training Complex. Gainesville is located just north of Atlanta along the serene shores of Lake Sidney Lanier. Originally organized in 1989, the Gainesville Police Department's Honor Guard is under the direction of Chief Brian P. Kelly and is comprised of officers from several components within the agency. The Honor Guard participates in parades, conferences, veteran events, dedication ceremonies, and memorials demonstrating respect, honor, integrity, professionalism and pride in the community in which they proudly serve.
Halftime
