Falcons Add Versatility to OL with Bradfield

Following the latest injury news provided by Falcons head coach Mike Smith on Tuesday, including the loss of two offensive linemen, Joe Hawley (knee) and Lamar Holmes (foot) to IR, the team added guard Harland Gunn back to the roster and signed Cameron Bradfield, who at 6-4, 308 pounds, adds good size and strength to the offensive line.

Entering the league in 2011 as an undrafted free agent (Grand Valley State) with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Bradfield adds experience (41 games with 27 starts) and versatility to the Falcons OL unit, having played both guard and tackle. In 2013, he played in a career-high 15 games with 11 starts at left tackle.

"He's an athletic guy," Smith said of Bradfield. "He's got experience and flexibility to play both left and right tackle, which is something you like to have."

Gunn returns to the Falcons after originally signing with the team in 2012 and playing in three games as a reserve in 2013.
