Falcons coach Dan Quinn: No update yet on status of Vic Beasley, Ryan Schraeder

ATLANTA – Injuries to key players were piling up for Falcons and Packers at an alarming rate on Sunday night. At least six players total were lost by game's end.

On the first drive of the game, Atlanta lost right tackle Ryan Schraeder for the game with a concussion. Ty Sambrailo, who was acquired via trade with the Denver Broncos ahead of the regular season, replaed Schraeder at right tackle for the remainder of the game.

Moments later, Falcons defensive lineman Courtney Upshaw went down with an ankle injury and was unable to return to action.

Following the half, pass rusher Vic Beasley went down with a hamstring injury and was helped off the field by members of Atlanta's medical staff. Beasley did not return to the game as well.

Coach Dan Quinn did not have a further update on the status of his injured players in his post-game press conference, but expects to have an update on Monday.

The Packers had two critical offensive and defensive pieces leave with injuries early in the game as well. Defensive tackle Mike Daniels, who had 1.5 sacks in Green Bay's Week 1 victory, suffered a hamstring injury that kept him from returning, while star receiver Jordy Nelson left with a quad injury.
