As the Falcons begin preparations for their primetime matchup against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night, the team has 12 players listed on the injury report.
LB De'Vondre Campbell (ankle), DT Ra'Shede Hageman (illness), WR Julio Jones (calf), WR Mohamed Sanu (ankle), DE Dwight Freeney (non-injury related) and LB Paul Worrilow (groin) did not participate in any capacity on Thursday.
First-round draft pick Keanu Neal was able to participate in a limited fashion for the first time since suffering a knee injured in the Falcons' third preseason game that required surgery.
"We're looking forward to having him in," head coach Dan Quinn said on Neal's return. "We're proud of the way he aggressively attacked his rehab after the injury, he's definitely chomping at the bit. We're going to take it through the next three days and see how he progresses, see how we performs and [see] where his conditioning is, and then we'll make the determination at the end of the week. All signs are pointing to good things for him heading into today."
WR Justin Hardy (shoulder), S Kemal Ishmael (shoulder), DT Grady Jarrett (elbow) and DE Brooks Reed (shoulder) were also limited.
