Falcons injury report: Game status of Justin Simmons, Troy Andersen revealed

Plus center Ryan Neuzil is listed as questionable.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Falcons have released their game report ahead of their Week 8 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday.

Prior to the release, head coach Raheem Morris ruled inside linebacker Troy Andersen (knee) out of Sunday's game. This is now the fourth game in which the Falcons will not have Andersen available. Atlanta will also have to make a decision on two other starters this weekend, listing safety Justin Simmons (hamstring) as doubtful and center Ryan Neuzil (knee) as questionable on the game report.

If Simmons can't go, the Falcons will rely on Richie Grant to play alongside Jessie Bates III. While Matt Hennessy would be Neuzil's replacement with former starting center Drew Dalman still on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
