Falcons injury report: Justin Simmons' designation elevated as prep for Seattle Seahawks continues

Simmons left last Sunday's game in Carolina with a hamstring injury and did not practice Wednesday. 

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Falcons have released their Thursday injury report, elevating the designation of safety Justin Simmons from not participating Wednesday to being a limited participant Thursday.

Inside linebacker Nate Landman also had positive progression from Wednesday to Thursday, going from limited participation to full. However, Troy Andersen did not participate in practice for the second day in a row.

  • ILB Nate Landman (calf/quad)

Limited Participation

  • RB Bijan Robinson (not injury related – rest)
  • S Justin Simmons (hamstring)

  • OLB Lorenzo Carter (concussion)
  • ILB Troy Andersen (knee)
  • WR KhaDarel Hodge (not injury related — personal matter)
