FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Falcons will be without their starting kicker and starting cornerback on Sunday against the Washington Redskins as coach Dan Quinn announced Friday that Matt Bryant and Robert Alford have been ruled out of the game due to injury.
"Only two guys we'll rule out," Quinn said. "Matt will be out; I think he's close, but he's not there all the way yet. So, let's hold until he is. And the same thing with Alford. [He] ran on the side some, close, but not to the spot that we need him to be at yet."
