FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Falcons finally had a chance to regroup and get healthy during their bye week, and that should help them as they prepare for their road game against the Redskins this weekend.
The Falcons did still have some players limited during Wednesday's practice, however, and both kicker Matt Bryant and cornerback Robert Alford were held out, altogether. Although Bryant missed practice, Falcons coach Dan Quinn said earlier this week that he was "making a turn for the better" and would be evaluated later in the week.

The Redskins, meanwhile, have a very full injury report. Seven players did not participate in Wednesday's practice, including running backs Adrian Peterson and Chris Thompson, wide receiver Jamison Crowder and tackle Trent Williams.
