Falcons Sign Former Colts WR Sambrano

The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have signed wide receiver Jabin Sambrano.

Sambrano, 5-11, 190 pounds, was originally signed by the Indianapolis Colts as a college free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft. He has served as a practice squad member of the Colts, Buccaneers, and Jaguars. The Temecula, California native started for three seasons at Montana and totaled 1,787 career receiving yards. Sambrano earned second-team All-Big Sky Conference honors after leading the team with 632 receiving yards and 10 TDs as a senior in 2011.
