Green Bay comes to Atlanta as the No. 4 seed, riding the confidence of an eight-game winning streak.
On third-and-20 with less than :30 seconds on the clock at AT&T Stadium, Aaron Rodgers spun out of the pocket and found Jared Cook on the sideline for a gain of 36 that set up the Mason Crosby 51-yard game-winning field goal.
Rodgers led his team in the 34-31 victory over the Cowboys, throwing for 356 yards and two touchdowns.
Sunday's matchup will be second time these teams will see each other this season, with the Falcons winning the first meeting 33-32 at the Georgia Dome.
The winner of Sunday's game will earn a trip to Super Bowl LI in Houston, TX.
