Word comes from friend o' the site Jason Kirk that fullback Ovie Mughelli is scheduled to sing the national anthem at the Arena Football League's Georgia Force game Friday night.
The Georgia Force website also posts some words about Mughelli's appearance.
I've heard Mughelli singing in the locker room. He's not bad. He's no William Moore, but he can carry a tune. It'll be interesting to hear what Mughelli has in front of an arena crowd. Might be more interesting to see what he's wearing.
I was planning on going to that game anyway, so I'll let you know how Ovie does. The game is scheduled to be carried live on NFL Network, so let's hope they show his performance.
