FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Falcons (6-3) can seize the opportunity to stay undefeated and on top of the NFC South against the New Orleans Saints (2-7) Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
This is the second time Atlanta will face New Orleans this season. The Falcons won 26-24 on a game-winning kick in the Week 4 meeting at home. Since then, the two rivals have trended in opposite directions. The Falcons have won four of their last five games while the Saints currently ride a seven-game losing streak, most recently falling to the Carolina Panthers by a single point.
The Falcons look to extend their win streak to three games for the second time this year, and remain perfect (3-0) on the road this season. In fact, the last time Atlanta lost a road game was to the Saints at the Caesars Superdome in the 2023 season finale.
