With the regular season and Black Monday in the books, head coaching searches have begun to make headlines across the NFL. The Falcons and Dan Quinn experienced this just a year ago, and early this week, Quinn spoke candidly about the process—one he believes should be altered—with Sports Illustrated's Don Banks.
"It totally tested me, in a real cool way of having the mindfulness to make sure to be right where you're at, instead of into the future," Quinn said. "It was like the greatest challenge, but one that pushed me to know I could do that if I had to."
