When the Falcons take the field Monday night in front the nation's eyes, they'll be riding a number of hot streaks that they'll look to continue.

In the Denver Broncos, the Falcons welcome in another AFC foe and quarterback Matt Ryan has found a lot of recent success against that conference. Ryan is 7-1 at home in the Georgia Dome against the AFC and is 13-4 overall in his career. At home he's thrown for 16 touchdowns with only two interceptions and a passer rating of 105.6 Against the Broncos, he'll look for his sixth straight home game against the AFC with a 100 or better QB rating.

In Ryan's career, the Falcons are 24-0 when Ryan posts a passer rating of 100 or better, which includes his 136.4 mark last week against the Chiefs.

Wide receiver Roddy White has picked some of the brightest moments to post some of his best numbers. On Monday, he'll look for his fifth consecutive Monday Night Football game with 100-plus yards or a touchdown.

In Julio Jones' only Monday night game in his career, he also posted big numbers. Against the Saints on MNF last year he recorded eight catches for 128 yards and one touchdown. Jones has also played well against the AFC. In four games against the conference he has five touchdowns and 392 yards. Those numbers equate to 98 yards per game and an average gain of 21.8 yards per catch.

Defensive end John Abraham, who had a sack, a forced fumble last week and two tackles for loss last week, have played well in the friendly confines of the Georgia Dome recently. In his last two games at home he has 4.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
