Slimmer Jackson Moving From DE to DT

Similar to what head coach Dan Quinn has done with several other players this offseason, he's moving Tyson Jackson inside to defensive tackle after mostly being featured as a defensive end.

"This year we are trying him at defensive tackle," Quinn said of the position move. "When you play that spot, we are counting on a little more rush from that position. He's worked hard on that. His weight is down and he looks fit. That versatility, [similar] to where we are playing Derrick Shelby, some at end, nickel tackle, and we are also doing that versatility with Tyson."

Quinn has challenged his players to continue to show their versatility and this move is just another piece to the puzzle as the roster continues to take shape this offseason.

Here's a look at the other position changes that have occurred this offseason to keep an eye on.
