Monday
Head coach Mike Smith held a press conference to start the week off and said that although there were issues during the Falcons' loss to New Orleans, there were plenty of positives and that the loss wasn't due to a lack of effort. He also added that the team plans to move on quickly and is now focused on their Sunday matchup against the Rams.
Rookie cornerback Robert Alford expressed the same as Smith, saying that despite the team's troubles, there were plenty of positives to point out.
Center Peter Konz said he realizes there is pressure on the offensive line but they are planning to embrace it so they can continue to keep working together and improving.
The Falcons fell in the Power Rankings this week because of their loss to the Saints, but experts believe the team will bounce back.
Tuesday

Wednesday
Quarterback Matt Ryan is looking forward to the Falcons' matchup against the Rams on Sunday, saying that the team has already learned from their mistakes and moved on from their Week 1 loss.
Running back Steven Jackson will face his former teammates on Sunday, and although he's excited to play against his former team of nine years, he's planning on treating it as any other game.
Although coach Smith didn't go into specifics about the players on the injury report, he did say that 's week will go much like last week did.
