FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Falcons (7-7) are back at home Sunday to face the New York Giants (2-12) at 1 p.m. ET.
Atlanta has finished 7-10 each of the last three season and has a chance to surpass seven wins for the first time since 2017. Michael Penix Jr. was tapped to replace veteran Kirk Cousins and make the first start of his NFL career in Week 16.
Meanwhile, both the Giants' starting and backup quarterback, Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito, were listed on New York's injury report. Lock is dealing with heel and elbow injuries, and DeVito is in the concussion protocol. The full injury report and game designations are available to view here.
The Falcons' last home win came in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys. They will look to change that Sunday and achieve their eighth victory of the season.
