To kick off the season, Atlanta Falcons players and Legends visited Clay National Guard to show appreciation to military members. Steve Cannon, Chief Executive Officer of AMB Sports & Entertainment, has been named the NFL 2020 Salute to Service Award recipient. Cannon has also been named the 2020 recipient of the USO's Patriot Award.

Each player on the Atlanta Falcons roster will wear a white decal with a series of initials representing the names of 94 fallen heroes during the Salute to Service game against the Buccaneers on Sunday. Each position group will wear the same decal.

The Atlanta Falcons, led by head coach Dan Quinn, set aside time following their walk-through on Saturday to meet with 94 families who are a part of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and have lost a loved one serving our country. The team will wear decals honoring the fallen heroes on their helmets Sunday.
