Falcons players and Legends visit Georgia National Guard

To kick off the season, Atlanta Falcons players and Legends visited Clay National Guard to show appreciation to military members. The players and Legends encouraged local high school JROTC students through a fitness test, rode in Black Hawks throughout the city, enjoyed lunch with select military members and participated in a meet and greet with military families.To kickoff the season, Atlanta Falcons players and Legends visited Clay National Guard Center to show appreciation to military members. Steve Cannon, Chief Executive Officer of AMB Sports & Entertainment, has been named the NFL 2020 Salute to Service Award recipient. Cannon has also been named the 2020 recipient of the USO's Patriot Award.

Falcons players to wear initials of fallen heroes on helmets

Each player on the Atlanta Falcons roster will wear a white decal with a series of initials representing the names of 94 fallen heroes during the Salute to Service game against the Buccaneers on Sunday. Each position group will wear the same decal.

Falcons spend time with families of fallen heroes

The Atlanta Falcons, led by head coach Dan Quinn, set aside time following their walk-through on Saturday to meet with 94 families who are a part of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and have lost a loved one serving our country. The team will wear decals honoring the fallen heroes on their helmets Sunday.

Falcons CEO Steve Cannon nominated for 2019 Salute to Service Award

Steve Cannon, Chief Executive Officer of the AMB Group, was named the Atlanta Falcons 2019 Salute to Service Award nominee. The Falcons have won the award, which recognizes support for the military community, for three straight years with Ben Garland (2018), Andre Roberts (2017) and head coach Dan Quinn (2016).
