LAS VEGAS — The Atlanta Falcons have released their inactives list ahead of their Monday Night Football bout with the Las Vegas Raiders. The list does not include inside linebacker Troy Andersen as he was placed on injured reserve earlier in the day with a knee injury that has lingered for him since Week 4.
The Falcons simultaneously elevated defensive lineman Ruke Orhorhoro, backfilling Andersen's spot on the active 53-man roster. This will be the first time Orhorhoro has been active for a game since Week 8 when he suffered an ankle injury that landed him on injured reserve. With Orhorhoro active, the Falcons have decided to keep fellow rookie defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus inactive, following a similar pattern from the early weeks of the season.
As for other inactive news, the Falcons have kept rookie wide receiver Casey Washington inactive. Washington has been working through concussion protocol the last couple weeks and was listed ruled out on Friday's game report.
The bigger inactives story has to do with the Raiders, though. It was announced this week that defensive end Maxx Crosby suffered an ankle injury in Week 14 that he will have to have surgery on. He is out for the remainder of the year. Meanwhile at the quarterback position, the Falcons will see a familiar face opposite them as Desmond Ridder takes over the starting spot with Aiden O'Connell working through a knee injury, also sustained in Week 14.
Here is the full list of Falcons inactives for Week 15:
RB Carlos Washington Jr.
ILB Rashaan Evans
DL Brandon Dorlus
OL Elijah Wilkinson
T Brandon Parker
WR Casey Washington
