FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Atlanta Falcons (4-4) will again be without all-time leading point scorer Matt Bryant and will turn to Giorgio Tavecchio at kicker for the third straight game.
Bryant has missed the previous two games for Atlanta after injuring his hamstring in the Falcons' win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The veteran kicker tested his leg during Thursday's practice, but the Falcons will again hold him out. Tavecchio has been reliable in the place of Bryant, making all four of his field goal attempts since taking over.
Bryant was the only player ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns (2-6-1), and the Falcons will get starting cornerback Robert Alford back in the lineup this weekend.
