Falcons injury report: Younghoe Koo limited to start the week

AF_20191215_ATLatSF_WEB_AJ1_5662

The Atlanta Falcons have begun preparation for their Week 16 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and a number of notable players were limited in practice.

Among those limited was kicker Younghoe Koo, who has been solid in kicking both field goals and onside kicks since joining the Falcons this season. Koo was limited due to a left foot injury, and his status will be one to keep an eye on throughout the week. Wide receiver Julio Jones was also limited due to a shoulder injury, but he's played through that injury over the last few weeks, including against the 49ers when he caught the game-winning pass.

Four players were held out of practice on Wednesday. Running back Kenjon Barner sat out due to shoulder and knee injuries; an illness kept guard Jamon Brown off the practice field; tight end Luke Stocker missed practice with a hip injury and defensive end Jack Crawford has a thigh injury.
