The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have released nose tackle Paul Soliai (post June 1 designation).
Soliai, 6-4, 345 pounds, was originally selected by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round (108th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft out of Utah. Soliai was signed by the Falcons on March 11, 2014 and played in 29 games with 24 starts during his two seasons with the team. He recorded 52 total tackles (37 solo), one sack and one fumble recovery.
