FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Can the Falcons get back on track in Week 15?
The majority of the experts have picked the Falcons (6-7) to beat the Las Vegas Raiders (2-11) on "Monday Night Football."
Kirk Cousins looks to break a streak of no touchdown passes in his last four games, which is the longest drought of his career. The quarterback situation in Las Vegas remains a question as the practice week continues.
Aidan O'Connell left the Week 14 game with a knee injury. He did not participate in Thursday's practice. If O'Connell is a no-go, backup quarterback — and former Falcon — Desmond Ridder would get the nod. Ridder started 13 games for the Falcons last year after Atlanta drafted him in the third round in 2022.
Head coach Raheem Morris said his team needs to play "playoff-type football" after falling to No. 2 in the NFC South. Atlanta is certainly not out of the playoff race, unlike the Raiders, but every game counts. Most experts in this pool believe the Falcons get the win.
