Atlanta City Council will be honoring Babineaux on Monday, June 20, as it becomes Jonathan Babineaux Day, our good friends at CBS Atlanta report. Babineaux is being honored for his charity work.
Babineaux is a fixture in the Atlanta community, helping out by speaking to youth and even donating tens of thousands of dollars in game tickets to give underprivileged kids a Falcons experience.
The ceremony to honor Babineaux will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Atlanta City Council Chambers at City Hall.
